• Online Release forms must be filled out the same day of each appointment. 
• Masks are optional but Artist will wear one while tattooing
• We reserve the right not to tattoo any offensive, racial or discriminatory tattoos, including tattoos containing any offensive language.
• We reserve the right to not tattoo if we believe you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• We reserve the right to turn away any modification at any time.
• We reserve the right to not tattoo you if you do not complete a tattoo consent form and do not comply with the terms & conditions within said consent form.
• We reserve the right to not proceed with the tattoo if we deem necessary.
• We reserve the right to stop the tattoo at any time during the tattoo process if we deem necessary.
• We reserve the right not to tattoo the face or genitalia area.
• We will not tattoo any person under the age of 18 under any circumstances. It is illegal to tattoo any person under the age of 18 in the state of Washington.
• We reserve the right to not tattoo any person who is pregnant or breastfeeding.
• We have a zero tolerance on offensive language and behavior. We expect you to conduct yourself in a respectful manner at all times, with respectful behavior towards Malicious Ink staff and clients. If your behavior causes undue stress or offense to Malicious Ink staff or clients, you may be asked to leave the premises.
• If you provide a tattoo design that does not meet our minimum standards of being considered of appropriate quality and adequate standard to be tattooed, we will offer to redesign the said tattoo design to provide a design that we deem is appropriate to tattoo. This includes any lettering, fonts, or handwritten lettering and fonts. This also includes recommended minimum size requirements for tattoo designs and fonts. If you disregard our professional recommendations and wish to continue with your original design, we reserve the right to not proceed with said tattoo and you will forfeit your deposit.
• Tattoos applied to deemed high wear zones including, but not limited to:- Fingers, Hands, Feet, Toes, Neck, Behind Ears/Ears, Knees, Elbows, Wrists, Hips, are considered high wear zone tattoos and are done at the clients own risk. Malicious Ink takes no responsibility for any damage to the tattoo such as ink loss, fading, drop out, and any other such damage resulting from tattoos applied to these high wear areas. Any subsequent touch up work is done at the expense of the client.
• Malicious Ink will not be held responsible for any tattoo removal costs.
• Malicious Ink takes no responsibility for the meanings, spelling etc of any tattoo designs, quotations, poems, symbols etc. In addition, Malicious Ink takes no responsibility for the accuracy of the spelling of names and the accuracy of dates. 
  
• Malicious Ink takes no responsibility for any damage to a tattoo or any other related side effects due to poor aftercare procedures and the use of non recommended creams and ointments. Failure to follow the prescribed aftercare instructions will result in any courtesy 'touch up' work to be void.

Deposit and Appointment Terms & Conditions

• All deposits are non-refundable.
• No appointments will be made without a desposit. 
• No artwork or designing will be commenced until a deposit has been placed.
• Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of your deposit.
• Your deposit will be held as security throughout the duration of your tattoo. If your tattoo requires multiple sittings, the deposit will be held until the final session.
• If you cancel your appointment and do not reschedule, your deposit will be forfeit.
• If you reschedule a second time regardless of notice your desposit will be forfeit. 
• You must notify the studio within 72 hours if you cannot keep your appointment and wish to reschedule. Your deposit may be transferred to your new appointment.
• If you fail to schedule your appointment within a reasonable time frame after your deposit has been placed and you have made no contact with the studio during that time, your deposit will be forfeited and any artwork created for you will become available as 'tattoo flash'. 
• Deposits that have been paid but the tattoo has not been started are valid for a period of 12 months only.  
• Deposits are non - transferable.
• Any custom work created for you remains the property of Malicious Ink.
• If you are a 'no - show' for your booked appointment, and fail to make contact with the studio, your deposit will be forfeit.
• If you are a no show for two consecutive occasions, with no contact, your deposit will be forfeited. We will  not rebook you.
